1. . Filipino, man or woman, and Single
2. . Senior High School Graduate or College level upon enrollment
3. . Not more than 22 years of age upon enrollment
4. . Passed the NTMA Recruitment and Selection requirements that include the following:
   1. . Entrance Exam and Interview Result
   2. . Declared fit in Medical, Dental, Eye (20/20 normal or corrected), Audiometry, and Neuro Psychological Examinations. Must not be colorblind.
   3. . Attendance to the Pre-Enrollment Briefing
   4. . Passed the Uchida Kraepelin Test
   5. . Submission of admission credentials
   6. . Attendance in the Immersion Period

Creating an Applicant Account

1. Fill out the box that says SIGN-UP. Provide your Active Email Account and Password. Your Email will serve as your NTMA Account Username. Be reminded to write these details down so you won’t forget them.
2. Log in to your declared email account. Look for the email with the subject “NTMA EMAIL VERIFICATION.” You will be asked to click the "Confirm your Email" button. Once done, your screen will show that your account has been verified.
3. Click the Login Now! button. This will direct you to the LOGIN page of the Online Application.
4. Log in using your declared email address as your Username and password (check your email if you forgot).
5. Prepare a digital ID-sized colored photo with a white background, in jpg or png format, and within 3MB size.
6. DO NOT CREATE DOUBLE OR MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS as this may cause problems later on.
